We are an experienced specialty contractor providing commercial plumbing services for over 15 years.

We specialize in ground up new builds for warehouses, shells, offices, shopping centers, retail stores, movie theaters, car washes, schools and restaurants. Past projects also include commercial tenant improvements and commercial remodels across the western states including Arizona, California and Utah.

MEET THE TEAM

Steve Buss, President - Steve has over 30 years of business and field experience in commercial and residential construction focusing on mechanical and plumbing. Steve holds a general contractor license and plumbing license in Arizona, is licensed in California and holds the master plumber license in Utah.

Nathan Ireton, General Superintendent/Foreman - Nathan is a highly skilled foreman and has a track record of being dependable and precise. Nathan is the primary trainer in the field and is highly dedicated to bringing every project to a high quality finish.

Katie Pagluica, Director of Accounting - Katie is an experienced business professional who is resourceful and reliable. She is responsible for managing the company’s accounting activities as well as compliance for contract and project requirements.

Alexina Manriquez, Office & Payroll Manager - Alexina is a diligent collaborator and handles employee onboarding, timekeeping/payroll and safety training. She also provides support to the accounting and estimating departments.
